Knowledgia tells history through map-based animation, which meant every video needed accurate, moving geography — something After Effects wasn't built to handle at scale. I joined as a partner in 2021, when the channel had 500K subscribers, and built a proprietary toolkit that solved it, turning After Effects into something closer to a production pipeline than a timeline.

That system is what let a small team put out 400+ videos without breaking pace.

The channel now has 2.1M subscribers and 430M views.
